Join Wendy Lutz, exercise specialist and certified ACSM personal trainer, on select Saturdays to get moving and work toward being strong.  Bring water, a mat or towel and 1 - 5 pound weights (a soup can easily replaces weights!)  All skill levels welcome.  A health waiver will be required.  If inclement weather, rain date will be the following Saturday. 

June 19 - Strength Training

July 3- Pilates

July 17- Strength Training/Pilates

July 31- Strength Training/Stretching
